These vegan cinnamon roll cupcakes are the perfect combination of a classic cinnamon roll and a cupcake. Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.
In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, melted butter, cream cheese, sour cream, and milk until combined.
In a small bowl, mix together the sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with the cake batter. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the top of each cupcake.
