These vegan peanut butter & jelly cupcakes are the perfect combination of sweet and salty. Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, oil, water, and eggs (or egg replacer) until combined.
